ARBOX® Joint Reinforcement is a system for creating stiff concrete casting joints of reinforced concrete elements. It provides a ready-to-install solution that eliminates the need for penetrating or adjusting the formwork. ARBOX® Joint Reinforcement is highly versatile and suitable for establishing various types of connections.
The pre-bent rebars of ARBOX® are cleverly concealed within a galvanized steel box and can be straightened when required. This feature enhances safety on construction sites and facilitates the swift construction of connections in both cast-in-situ and precast structures.
ARBOX® is designed in compliance with Eurocode standards, ensuring effective transfer of longitudinal and transverse tensile forces as well as shear forces to the joint.
To determine the appropriate ARBOX® model for your specific needs in terms of resistance and dimensions, consult the tables provided in the ARBOX® Joint Reinforcement Technical Manual. ARBOX® is available for rebar diameters of 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm.
ARBOX® model A has two rows of anchor bars where the straight anchor bars of the reinforcement are bent inside the box.

ARBOX® model K has two rows of anchor bars, and the loop part of the reinforcement is bent inside the box.

ARBOX® model C has two bended rows of anchor bars where the loop part of the reinforcement is bended inside the box; designed primarily for short cantilevers. Dimension l1 is made to order.
